Welcome to the EmComm eUniversity

The EmComm eUniversity was established to offer developers of Emergency Communications training materials and evaluations, from across the county, a platform on which to effectively provide and manage their material, and a location where EmComm volunteers can easily locate this training on the web.

The EmComm eUniversity is a Learning Management System (or LMS).  A LMS is a software package that enables the management and delivery of learning content and resources to students. Most LMSs are web-based to facilitate "anytime, anywhere" access to learning content and administration.  At a minimum, a LMS usually allows for student registration, the delivery and tracking of e-learning, courses and content, and testing.

Access and use of the EmComm eUniversity is totally free, to both users and content providers.

Please begin by taking the short eUniv101 - Using the EmComm eUniversity Site course (under the Open to the General Public category) to familiarize yourself with how to use the site.
